You can do it! Slap bacon slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle a little or a lot of dust on raw bacon. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Flip, resprinkle. Bake until your pig slabs are crisped to your liking.
Now that your life has been dramatically altered by bacon, you can confidently branch out to other meats with a similar process. Lazy Sunday works great as a rub (we like it on pork and salmon), just remember to add salt as this particular Food Dust is made without salt.
